Unique Mango Pickle – आम का पानी वाला स्वादिष्ट और अनोखा अचार


Namaste, I am Mamta Chourey Welcome to Nimari Rasoi We often imagine Indian pickle with so much oil, spices(masalas) and difficult to prepare at home We often imagine Indian pickle with so much oil, spices(masalas) and difficult to prepare at home Let’s make a pickle which is tasty healthy and can be made quickly which is tasty healthy and can be made quickly Today we are making Raw mango pickle using water instead of oil Let’s have a look at the ingredients for this preparation Let’s have a look at the ingredients for this preparation 1 raw mango chopped into pieces like this chopped into pieces like this 2 tsp salt 2 tsp salt 2-3 pinch asafoetida 1-1.5 tsp coarsely ground Fennel seed 1 tsp coarsely ground Fenugreek seed ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 tsp oil 50gm Mustard Seeds Cracked also called Rai Kuria or Rai ki daal approx 1 cup water Let’s start preparing the pickle add chilli powder turmeric powder and salt into Mustard Seeds Cracked(rai ki dal) mix all ingredients start adding water slowly start adding water slowly add less than half a cup of water at this stage mustard seeds absorbs water and hence add a bit more water to the mix after some time the mix thickens approx half a cup of water has already been added the mixture with water is ready mix it with the help of hand blender our blended mix is ready our blended mix is ready now we will temper fenugreek, fennel and asafoetida now we will temper fenugreek, fennel and asafoetida add around 2 tsp oil to the pan it’s important for oil to be fully heated in this preparation it’s important for oil to be fully heated in this preparation add some fennel or fenugreek seeds to check if oil is hot enough turn the heat off once oil is hot Let the oil cool down a bit before tempering fenugreek seeds, fennel seed and asafoetida with hot oil otherwise fennel and fenugreek will be over cooked oil is ready for tempering add fenugreek first add fennel seeds fenugreek takes a bit more time to cook hence it was added first at last add asafoetida our tempering is ready Add it to our blended mix and cover it immediately This will preserve our tempered masala’s aroma inside after 1 minute our tempered mix is ready add chopped raw mango to the mix raw mango is properly mixed delicious pickle is ready serve it with hot chapaties, parathas, naan or dal rice. this pickle also goes well as spread on bread This pickle could be consumed for a month if kept in refrigerator Share your comments, like my videos, subscribe to my channel and click bell icon not to miss my future videos
