Kale Pineapple Protein Smoothie, High Protein & Low Sugar! – Protein Treats by Nutracelle


all right welcome to Protein Treats
today we are making a kale pineapple smoothie and it’s such a perfect way to
start your morning out you’re getting some greens in you’re getting some
really amazing vegetables in with your drink and maybe you don’t believe me but
it tastes absolutely delicious so let’s do this together so all we’re
gonna need is basically what you have on hand so I’ve started out I have a little
bit of ice already in my blender then I’ve got some kale you can also use
spinach for example and then I’ve got about I would say not quite 2 cups of
frozen pineapple make sure it doesn’t have any extra sweetener or any extra
sugar on it I have some fresh ginger which is really great for you I’ve
thrown in a carrot I like to leave the skin on so you get all of the nutrition
I also have half an avocado with really healthy fats and fiber to make you feel
full and then about 1/2 a cup of plain Greek yogurt don’t use a vanilla Greek
yogurt because it will have sugar in it and then of course our natural neutral
lean which is full of 100% whey protein and prebiotic fiber so once we mix that
together I’m also going to throw in a little bit of stevia drops just to
sweeten it up a bit and it’s it’s gonna taste really good you got to trust me on
this so let’s get started now I’m gonna toss my water in first and my frozen
pineapple carrots maybe I’ll put my 2 scoops of New trillion in here just like
that you don’t have to be fancy just dump it in and then our kale I’m
actually gonna break up a little bit just like that I’d say about two to four leaves of kale
but you’re gonna want to cut your ginger now I love the flavor of ginger if you’re
not a huge ginger fan of course you can leave it out but just a couple little
pieces of ginger in here and there we go and then I’m gonna go ahead and squeeze
in my avocado there we go couldn’t be any easier don’t
worry if it looks really full we’ve got a lot of leaves in here so don’t worry
and then of course our Greek yogurt we’re gonna go ahead and zoom right in and once you’ve got that all in there
we’re gonna go ahead start our blender up gonna tamp it down a little bit there
we go and let’s get it turned on and then you can just add a little bit
more water as you need it to get it the right liquid amount that you want and
I’m gonna add my sweetener now I actually get some sweetener in there now
sometimes what I do is I actually brew some tea
especially chai tea and it sounds really really a little bit weird but when I do
it I put the cooled off chai tea right into my smoothie and you wouldn’t
believe how good it tastes okay once you have it blended up that’s
all there is to it you can actually freeze this as well so I’m just gonna
put this aside and go ahead and pour it in look at that so much goodness in this
and it’s gonna taste like pineapple it’s gonna taste super fresh and you’re
getting tons and tons of nutrients in it this is a really dense healthy way to
start your morning out so I’m gonna give it a try
