today we are making a plum and raspberry smoothie simple and delicious so let’s
get started first up a couple of plums just roughly
chopped then we’ve got 125 grams of frozen
raspberries next 250 ml of almond milk and they’re all important one scoop of
vanilla Huel then to finish one teaspoon of maple
