very good thing about this so let’s take a look at Ingredients one by one.
For Chiku Smoothie you’ll need 1 Glass of Milk, 1 big size of Chiku or you can use 2
medium size of Chiku’s, I have removed the Skin and Seeds, 1 tbsp of Sugar but you can
avoid the Sugar at all, if you are making it for Diabetic or any other Patient, you
should add Sugar according to your taste. First a fall put the Milk into the Mixing
Jar, now add the Chiku’s Chopped Chiku’s and Sugar, you can use Sugar according to
your taste, I like one thing about this recipe very much is you can make this recipe in just
2-3 mins so it is really very good thing about it.
