Hello friends Welcome to Sarika’s cooking Diary Today I’m making Green chilli thecha/chutney 100 gm light green chilli 1 tbsp Cumin seeds salt to taste 1 small bowl Coriander leaves roasted peanuts approx. 12 garlic clove minced 2 tbsp cooking oil there are two types of chilies available in veg market Dark green and light green Dark green chilies pungent than light green chilies I’m using light green chilies for making thecha which are lesser pungent
